We all ask ourselves: What is the purpose of life? Is it happiness? Adventure? Success? Or is it about making a difference—being purposeful, respected, and compassionate?
For me, life’s purpose is to leave a meaningful impact, to contribute in ways that matter, and to live with intention. This website is a reflection of that belief—a space where I share my work, research, and insights to inspire self-exploration and growth.
If you are going to live, leave a legacy. Make a mark on the world that can’t be erased
Maya, Angelou

I don’t just approach problems from a single discipline—I instinctively seek broader perspectives. My thinking is deeply interdisciplinary, connecting psychology with philosophy, political science, art, and religion in my work.
Interdiciplinary thinking allows us to see patterns and connections that others might miss. I feel the most fulfilled when my work bridges gaps between different fields & create more spaces where interdisciplinary discussions can thrive, such as:
If you ever feel stuck or uninspired, revisiting your strength to connect interdiciplinary approaches could help spark new directions. Would you like to explore ways to apply this strength more intentionally in your current projects?
“When you turn the corner
And you run into yourself
Then you know that you have turned
All the corners that are left.”
Mentorship is something truly impactful—it’s not just about teaching concepts but about shaping lives and communities.
While I likely see myself as an educator and researcher, in my interactions—whether guiding students through research, coaching professionals, or supporting immigrant women— mentorship is a core part of my identity.
I don’t just provide knowledge; I actively shape others’ growth, offering structure, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. My approach goes beyond instruction—I help people navigate challenges, build confidence, and find their own paths.
This might explain why I was drawn to leadership development and why I care about diversity, equity, and inclusion. I don’t just want to see people succeed—I want to guide them to create a meaning impact. I cultivate this mentorship role, perhaps through writing, public speaking, or structured mentorship programs.
Are you sometimes so immersed in what we do that you don’t fully see the deeper patterns in your own work?
A person who is too full of themselves cannot truly listen; they may appear to be listening, but they are not. To listen is not merely to hear words-it is to grasp the meaning those words hold for the other person
QUOTE FROM DOGAN CUCELOGLU
Remember how easily you hold yourself accountable for every little thing that doesn’t go as planned? Feel guilty about it?
Each morning you rise, stepping beyond your comfortzone, you are showing up for yourself and the world. That alone is strength. That alone is progress.
Honor your efforts, no matter how small they may seem. Growth isn’t just about achievements, profit, productivity-it’s about resilience, feeling empowered, showing up, and moving forward. Remember one step at a time.
In the midst of hate, I found there was, within me, an invincible love. In the midst of tears, I found there was, within me, an invincible smile. In the midst of chaos, I found there was, within me, an invincible calm. I realized, through it all, that in the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer. And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there's something stronger-something better, pushing right back
QUOTE FROM ALBERT CAMUS
